Mr. Jacques Wulffaert was the Vice President of Operations of Residensea and was then promoted to Senior Vice President. He was an integral part of the build up and implementation of the very innovative and unique ResidenSea concept.

As a senior executive he was working closely with the CEO and CFO. He was also in permanent contact with company shareholders and financial institution.

Mr. Wulffaert was responsible for:

• The ship construction and budget.
• Operations: implementation of the entire product (hotel, marine and engine operations).
• Responsible for the day to day operation of the ship.

During this time, Mr. Wulffaert traveled extensively between US and the shipyard in Norway.
