Global Excel Management was responsible for developing and managing a cruise ship product for the South American market. The project was started from scratch. Mr. Jacques Wulffaert developed a brand new cruise line and concept for this group of investors based in Caracas.

He oversaw administration, finance, HR, sales, marketing, and reservations. Mr. Wulffaert set up a new office in Caracas and did all the marketing sales studies of the ship. He was in direct contact with the owners and represented them.
