Mr. Wulffaert has an impressive track record of senior management positions at some of the world’s most highly regarded cruise companies. He has demonstrated his talent in creating, delivering and managing award-winning and ultra-luxury experiences for Crystal Cruises, Silversea Cruises, Jewel River Cruises, Celebrity Cruises – and the breath-taking “The World” of ResidenSea, a unique residential floating resort that continuously circumnavigates the globe. In 2007, Mr. Wulffaert started Global Excel Management, and focus in the hospitality and leisure industry to provide a range of operational and transactional services to develop, manage, partner with companies.

Global Excel Management worked with the Grove Isle Club dba Palmeiras Beach Club from 2015-2020. Global Excel Management managed and operated the club for four years. During this time Mr. Wulffaert assisted the company owners to maintain the club operation until a new development took place.

Prior to working with the Grove Isle Club, Mr. Wulffaert was responsible to develop and manage a cruise ship product, Ola Cruises, for the South American market.

Before starting Global Excel Management, Mr. Wulffaert was President & COO of Jewel River Cruises, a Boutique River Cruises Operations.

Prior to this, Mr. Wulffaert was the CEO and Managing Director of MHG, Ltd., a leading provider of marine benefits to the cruise, luxury yachting and commercial shipping industries.

As Vice President Hotel Operations at Celebrity Cruises, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the line’s nine ships, elevating the guest experience with strategic partnerships and enhanced services that were key to earning this premium cruise line its award-winning reputation.

Mr. Wulffaert was instrumental in the planning and launch of the ground-breaking “The World” of ResidenSea. In his role as Senior Vice President, Operations and Product, he implemented and managed all of the shore side and onboard programs and policies for this revolutionary travel concept.

Mr. Wulffaert’s talent in creating and delivering an award-winning, ultra-luxury cruise experience is enviable having worked as Hotel Director for Silversea Cruises. He began his career at Crystal, working first as Restaurant Manager and then as Food & Beverage Manager.

He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
