Mr. Jacques Wulffaert was the Vice President of Guest Satisfaction. He managed and was responsible for the entire hotel operation for the fleet of 9 ships (budget, revenue, guest services), and was involved in the ship building for new ship class.

During his time at Celebrity Cruises Mr. Wulffaert belonged to the senior executive team. He lead a team of 5 directors and 10 managers shoreside. His focus was on shareholder value and return (delivering numbers). This position was very result driven.
